Proclinical are recruiting for a Project Assistant to join a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Freiburg.

Responsibilities:

Upkeep of inhouse databases, project websites following extensive onboarding, etc.
You will prepare project interim report and documentation updates.
Assist in setting up electronic questionnaires/documentation forms.
Collaborate with the senior project manager and data.
Responsible for online desk research for specialists, particularly in European countries.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a natural science field or comparable other education mixed with experience, such as MTA, medical documentalist, etc.
A background working within a medical setting.
Acquaintance with operational planning and execution of projects would be preferable but not necessary for the role.
Computer literacy.
Fluency in both German and English.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
A structured way of working with the ability to take the initiative and resolve issues.
Works well in a team with the capacity to be flexible.
