What you'll do:


  • You will conduct research and support investigations in our lab on already set standardized tests, and come up with novel ideas for different experiments
  • You will run experiments on foams and fabric samples, and reporting their results
  • You will operate testing equipment and use designated tools
  • You will run experiments on the thermal properties of product materials
  • You will find pragmatic solutions to test product properties
  • You will share important information with our team and proactively communicate potential risks or concerns
  • You will fit in as a selfstanding member of our testing facilities
  • You will be involved in a wider range of projects and make sure to meet project deadlines
  • You will support us to identify opportunities to improve our processes and testing facilities

Who we're looking for:


  • Internship duration of at least 6 months
  • First laboratory experience through university, internship, or work is a plus
  • Currently studying or a background in mechanical / electrical / civil engineering, physics is a plus
  • You are interested in research, want to understand and test products to ensure their performance
  • You combine diligence with an analytical mindset and thinking outside the box
  • You have no problem working with testing equipment
  • You can work well on your own and assume full ownership for the quality of your work
  • You are handson and have a cando mentality
  • You are comfortable working in MS Office, and programming in Python, R, Matlab is a plus
  • You have outstanding verbal and visual communication skills
  • You enjoy working in a diverse team
  • You are fluent in English
