Responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a team of data analysts, leading efforts to improve data quality and accuracy, developing and enforcing data governance policies, and coordinating with other teams across the company to implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of data analysts and oversee data operations
- Ensure accurate and timely data processing and reporting
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement datadriven solutions
- Proactively identify and mitigate data quality issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve data quality
- Lead data quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a data operations role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Deep understanding of data governance practices and industry standards
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Expertise in SQL and Excel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
