Beschreibung

We are looking for you as Project Assistance (f/m/d) to support the handling, controlling and monitoring of customer-specific large-scale projects in the area of Grids and Power Quality Solutions.

Furthermore, you will work as an Assistance (f/m/d) for the Project Management Office department.

The Grids and Power Quality Solutions division supplies utilities with turnkey gas and air insulated switchgear systems (GIS and AIS).

Other key system projects in this area include flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) and electrical equipment supply for offshore power transmission platforms.

As a Project Assistance (f/m/d) as well as working in the Project Management Office department, you will be responsible for numerous, interesting project and administrative tasks.

You will always have an overview of important deadlines of the department as well as the projects and quickly identify and solve problems that could affect the smooth running of the daily business.

The assistance is further responsible for organizing travel and meetings,
for office communication - both internal and external - and supports the accounting department.

You continuously keep track of office equipment and work materials and take care of ordering as well as time recording.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of project meetings.
The assistance assists in organizing filing systems, archiving important project documents and in viewing and organizing mail.

This requires a systematic work style as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.


Your responsibilities:

Written and verbal, internal and external communication to all project or department members, very close cooperation with other departments and their assistants:


  • Inventory management, ordering of work material such as cell phones, notebooks, monitors; etc, ordering of advertising material:

Overview and ordering of office supplies and meeting rooms:


  • Organization of pool vehicles for the department:

Organization of project meetings, kick-off talks, project and department events:


  • Create purchase requisitions or initiate in eP purchase orders:

New orders for job site materials and services, such as.

rentals, calibrations, repairs, ordering job site signage and job site banners

Your Background:

Professional experience in the field of project / department assistance including a successful commercial degree in the field of office administration or similar:


  • Professional experience in project management or project execution is an advantage:

Experience in marketing and public relations advantageous:


  • Profound knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Word/ Excel / Power Point):

Very good communication skills and structured way of working:


  • Organizational talent and ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience:

Intercultural competence and consistent pursuit of set goals:


  • English and German fluently spoken and written:
