We're "no tech": We know how to develop and sell great hardware products with a focus on sound-insulated phone- and meeting booths.

We have no investors and we really don't want any. We've been profitable since day one.

And to continue telling this success story, we are looking for a Working Student Supply Chain to help us bring a mute-labs phone box to every office in Europe.

This is the role

As our new Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

Supporting month-end closing activities with accrual calculations & reconciliations, controlling expenses & revenues

Developing, managing, and reviewing budgets, as well as creating financial forecasts to guide business decisions.

Building short-term & long-term liquidity planning and aligning with the logistics team on production planning, in line with the business requirements

Implementing and optimizing financial systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Formalization and active maintenance of the Financial Processes Documentation

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finances

Previous work experience in Controlling / FP&A for a min of 3-4 years

Very good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI or Lucanet is a plus)

Previous work experience with Odoo, Datev, Netsuite or Lucanet is a plus

Confident in oral and written communication in English; German is a plus

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical skill set & independent work style
