- Define, plan, lead, and control selected projects to introduce and improve processes
- Promote and be responsible for implementing mechanisms to create a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure the rollout of new software tools and processes, and adapt standards and tools
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in one of the areas (Inbound, Outbound, or Returns) at the Fulfillment Center
- Contribute to sharing best practices
- Provide training and coaching on Lean and project management methods
- Prepare decision proposals for the Leadership Steering Committee
- Engage in operational core processes during peak phases
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or similar
- More than a year of professional or leadership experience in a similar role
- Technical expertise and experience in quality management, process optimization, or process consulting
- Goal-oriented and able to handle uncertainties
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Excel and Access, comfortable with large datasets
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of a statistics program (e.g., Mini Tab) and SQL is advantageous
- Experience in Customer Fulfillment Operations is a plus
