As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be in charge of improving the distribution process and optimizing the work on the shift execution while coaching dispatchers **(dispo-coach)


Performance (reliability & competitiveness) of Bulk Logistic in respect of HSE aspects

  • Coaching of the dispatchers (with the help of analyses and provision of key figures / KPIs).
  • Set up continuous feedbacks to dispatchers with relevant dashboards
  • Facilitate individual coaching of dispatchers' teams
  • Organize weekly reviews
  • Support daily operative business

Enables efficient usage of distribution planning tools for continuous optimization

  • Support dispatchers training and qualification
  • Leads data cleaning and data management actions
  • Supervises the adjustments of safety levels, accompanies the change management.
  • Interacts with sales contract and carrier managers, telemetry specialists, customers installations, eventually sourcing.

Reporting of the relevant key performance indicators and preparation of Monthly reports

  • Prompt creation and maintenance of statistics and documentation
  • Introduction and control of necessary measures

Education

  • Engineering background
  • Business School background

Field of specialization :
Supply Chain-Logistics / transportation preferred/ Industrial Engineer spec. Data analysis


Work experience

  • Preferable ~1 year of work experience

Languages:


  • English is mandatory
  • French and German is a plus

Skills and Competencies:


  • Motivation and enthusiasm to the mission is important
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, Transportation Management System
  • Statistics, Analyzing and reporting
  • Continuous Improvement Methodology
  • Project Management Methodology
  • Able to share, explain and simplify major concepts or dashboards.
  • Ability to teach

  • Presentation skills
  • PowerBI (big plus)

**Position based in Krefeld, Germany for a period of 12 months (extendable)

ALCO2 Europe Logistics team is in charge of liquid CO2 supply from plants to our customers in Europe.


The team is divided in two main poles, one of 8 employees based in Germany (Krefeld), the other of 8 employees in France (St Priest).

2 employees working with the French Team mainly are based in the UK.
