    Unser Mandant ist ein weltweit agierendes Technologieunternehmen, welches sich auf die Entwicklung, die Produktion und den Vertrieb von industriellen Lösungen fokussiert. Im Rahmen einer neu geschaffenen Stelle suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Manager People & Talent Development (m/w/d)" für den Standort Düsseldorf.

    Aufgabengebiet

    Im Rahmen dieser Funktion berichten Sie an den Senior Director People & Talent Development (m/w/d) und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:

  • Konzeption und Implementierung von relevanten PE-Konzepten sowohl für lokalen Einheiten als auch auf globaler Ebene, dies selbstverständlich immer im Einklang mit der globalen PE-Strategie
  • Verantwortung für die erforderlichen Bedarfsanalysen zur besten Aufnahme der PE-Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse aus dem Business und / oder aus den lokalen HR-Abteilungen
  • Verantwortung ("Ownership") für ein fachliches Thema im Bereich Personalentwicklung (z.B. Leadership Management, Performance Management, High-Potential-Management, Succession Management, Talent Management)
  • Mitverantwortung ("Co-ownership") für ein weiteres Thema im Bereich Personalentwicklung
  • Stetige Überprüfung und Optimierung der vorhandenen Prozesse, Tools und Best Practices für den PE-Bereich
  • Auf Anfrage und bei Bedarf Beratung und Coaching der Führungskräfte und der lokalen HR-Abteilungen im Rahmen von PE-Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten, immer im Einklang mit der Unternehmenskultur
  • Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen weiteren Kollegen aus dem Center of Expertise mit Schwerpunkt in der Personalentwicklung, mit der gesamten HR-Abteilung (lokal & global), mit dem Betriebsrat und mit dem Business (ebenfalls lokal & global) Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Hoch-)Schulstudium mit Schwerpunkt im Personalbereich / BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion und dadurch sehr gute Expertise in der Personalentwicklung bei einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise aus dem Maschinenbau-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung sowie in der stetigen Begleitung der lokalen Einheiten (HR und Business) im Rahmen von Personalentwicklungs-Maßnahmen insbesondere mit Fokus auf die Themen Leadership Management, Performance Management, High-Potential-Management, Succession Management, Talent Management
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in internationalen und globalen PE-Projekten
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeit sowie stark ausgeprägte "hands-on" Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Lösungs-, Umsetzungs- und Zielorientierung
  • Sehr gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Vergütungspaket
