The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Activation Marketer within Safety and Industrial Business Group in CER, your role will be to become a market expert in customer needs, trends, and competition identifying untapped market opportunities by working cross-functionally, cross-portfolio and if necessary, cross-division within CER.

Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Leading and activating Marketing programs to drive local demand with end-users in our prioritized market segments_
- _ Driving Portfolio Management in line with prioritized portfolios and global direction_
- _ Developing expert local knowledge in market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape_
- _ Providing strong insights and inputting into EMEA portfolio teams to support future strategy and tactics_
- _ Ensuring local regulatory and legal alignment and compliance_

Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing or another business-related field_
- _ Marketing experience within an Industrial B2B market_
- _ Fluent German & English both written and verbal. Dutch knowledge welcome._

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

_ Ability to implement and measure a marketing plan_

- _ Good understanding of and experience in all elements of the marketing mix_
- _ Customer-facing experience and ability to turn information and observations into actionable insights for the business_
- _ An aptitude for problem solving and analytical skills with great communication, interpersonal and presentation skills_
- _ Strong prioritization skills, including time management_
