For our location in Monheim am Rhein, we are looking for a Chemist, food chemist or microbiologist as a team member (m/f/x) of Quality Control and R&D:

YOUR ROLE:

Development, implementation, and monitoring of hygiene and quality control procedures and systems throughout the production process
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in cosmetics and beauty care
Identification of quality issues and development of solutions for continuous improvement
Handling of quality-relevant customer complaints and corresponding processing
Documentation and evaluation of measurement results
Collaboration with other departments / interfaces to define and optimize quality standards
Training of staff on quality standards and procedures
Support in the development of new products

YOUR PROFILE:

Successfully completed studies in food chemistry, chemistry, pharmacy or a comparable scientific or technical course of studies or a scientific/technical training e.g., as a PTA (m/f/x) with professional experience in the industrial GMP sector
Knowledge of the regulatory environment, especially ISO Cosmetics - Good Manufacturing Practice, and the applicable Cosmetics Regulation
Careful, systematic, and independent way of working
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
Communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge of SAP
