Your Role- Establish the expertise for end-to-end Routing Coordination including the setup of the IT systems as well as the Logistics setup to enable the lens supply out of a global production network into multiple global markets- Build in-depth knowledge in terms of end-to-end processes considering business as well as IT aspects and establish a comprehensive documentation for the relevant processes and the outputs to achieve- Take over the coordination of the enablement of new combinations for supplying production site and customer market and maintain changes in existing combinations to further improve service at adequate cost level- Setup and actively drive the required project management involving large cross-functional teams from production over IT to commercial- Ensure on time delivery critical project milestones, monitor, and report potential risks as integral part of the project governance and transparency towards management- Collaborate closely with business functions like Commercial, Operations, IT as well as Global Logistics in terms of alignment on requirements, handshakes, and limitations- Build a strong network and trustful relationships on all organizational levels across ZEISS Vision Care

Your Profile- A university degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar paired with a passion for Order Management & Routing, Supply Chain Management and Logistics- A proven track-record of professional experience in above mentioned fields complemented by a thorough understanding of end-to-end processes and interdependencies with IT systems- Experienced in writing business process specification and their corresponding setup in standard IT systems- Strong ability to manage complex improvement projects in an interdisciplinary environment- Interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels within the organization as well as customer orientation paired with a sense of proactivity and responsibility- A well-structured and self-organized way of working paired with strong process-discipline and a target-oriented mindset- The proficiency to speak German and English fluently
