Your responsibilities and tasks:

"GEA digital" stands for the digitalization of GEA's customer interface, the development of digital products and services, and the creation of new business models. To this end, the Digital Hub Düsseldorf works together with the digital units of all divisions and provides GEA-wide platforms, services and methods.

The GEAdigital Hub itself operates as a corporate start-up and drives agile, digital transformation across the company. For this we are looking for you as Business Engineer (M/F/d) as soon as possible.

The Business Transformation chapter supports GEA in migrating its business into the digital age.

We work on topics such as new business models and bring them to life for customers on the digital customer interface of the future, the GEA Portal.

We work closely with our customers and the individual divisions so that we always have an ear to our internal and external customers.

Tasks:

You are responsible for the rollout taking into account the set-up of the local operating model (e.g. support structures, project management) in close coordination with the product owner and the country organizations.

You are driven by the responsibility for the continuous growth of the active user number in the customer portal and the usage of the available features.

You create user stories, prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the DevOps team.

Responsibility for the rollout of the GEA Portal
Interface between the GEA Portal product team, the five GEA business units, and the regional country companies
Operational execution of the global rollout in close coordination with the product owner
Establishment of a scaling rollout concept that considers the local actual situations
Analysis of the local actual situation (e.g., systems in use (CRM, ERP, etc.), customer base, team organization) and adaptation to local conditions
Coordination and implementation of the rollout plan with local management of the country subsidiaries
Implementation and management of a global community for the further development of the GEA portal
Continuous recording of requirements from customers and users of the GEA Portal for continuous improvement

Your profile and qualifications:

Experience in rollout of digital / IT products
Experience in change management
Ideally first international sales experience
Experience in dealing with agile methods, Scrum, Design Thinking
High social competence and outstanding communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to make decisions
Assertiveness and negotiation skills
High level of selfmotivation to achieve goals and the drive to achieve success together as a team
Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
Willingness to travel
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
