Als Mitglied des Payroll-Teams unterstützt der Payroll Auditor (m/w/d) unsere Abercrombie & Fitch und Hollister Stores innerhalb Deutschlands.

Neben der Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnung ist der Payroll Auditor (m/w/d) erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen.

Auch die Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und Behörden sowie die Mitwirkung an diversen Projekten zählt zu den vielfältigen Aufgaben dieser Rolle.

Dabei arbeitet der Payroll Auditor (m/w/d) eng mit den Kollegen der Personalabteilung und dem internationalen Payroll-Team zusammen.


AUFGABEN UND PFLICHTEN:

• Korrespondenz mit Mitarbeitern, Krankenkassen und Behörden, Ansprechpartner für abrechnungsrelevante Themen
• Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Unterlagen und Dokumenten gemäß Unternehmens

- und Compliancerichtlinien sowie örtlicher Vorschriften

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung und dem internationalen Payroll
• Team
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des Jahresabschlusses sowie Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken
• Mitarbeit an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Payroll-Prozessenund Schulung von Mitarbeitern
• Vorbereitung und Prüfung der Gehaltsabrechnung unter der Verwendung des Gehaltsabrechnungssystems (ADP GlobalView) und des HR
• Dokumentationssystems (PeopleSoft HR)

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine gleichwertige abgeschlossene
• Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
• 24 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich deutscher Lohn

- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse mind. auf Businessniveau
• Umfangreiche steuer

- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kenntnisse
