Your tasks

The position can be fulfilled in either Lindau or Ulm.

Your tasks include the following responsibilities:

  • Independent planning, organization and coordination of meetings and appointments for the manager
  • Planning, organization and coordination of workshops and other events
  • Business correspondence in English and/or German language
  • Involvement in the preparation of presentations, f.e. in the form of data and content collection, set up of presentation in English or/and German
  • Involvement and contribution in defined topics
  • Order processing in company internal purchasing system, incl. invoice assessment and approval
  • You are the counterpart for requests coming from Management, other Assistants colleagues, Continental plants and Travel management team as well as other stakeholders

Profile:


  • Vocational Training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as an assistant (M/F/d)
  • Experience working in an international team
  • Very good handling with MS Office software, especially Excel and SAP
  • Business fluent English as well as very good German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Structured, analytical and independent way of working
  • High level of teamwork and communication skills
