Intro:


The Solution Architect is a new strategic role designed to maximise our solution reach, impact and customer satisfaction as well as optimising internal know-how and team effort.


The Solution Architects primary mission is to ensure we provide solutions to our customers that help them achieve their business goals, partnering with our commercial teams to identify and close high value opportunities.

This role is an internal position and open only for existing Adsquare employees, worldwide.


About the team:


You will report to the VP Operations but the role will be highly cross-functional and connected with many teams, establishing yourself as the go-to person for designing the right solutions for our customers.


Your Mission:


  • Support complex sales opportunities with strategic clients, driving the technical discussion and enabling our sales team to close deals
  • Provide expert knowledge of Adsquare products at various stages of the sales cycle e.g. demos, workshops & POCs
  • Work with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and the problems they face to achieve them
  • Identify and capture customer requirements and design solutions by leveraging Adsquare's product portfolio
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Collaborate with our Product, Operations & Partnerships teams to build project plans for solution delivery, accounting for possible challenges or constraints and proactively seeking to manage challenges
  • Effectively communicate customer needs & feedback to our Product Managers for future enhancements
  • Develop a standard suite of solutions based on Adsquare's product portfolio and build business strategies in tandem with our sales leaders
  • Build analyses to inform cost & technical feasibility, define SLAs and run simulations

Your Profile:


  • You have 2 to 5 years experience in a technical client and/or partnerfacing role first hand experience with digital advertising technology is a major advantage
  • You have excellent project management and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • You are a resultsoriented problem solver, with a pragmatic approach and a high level of attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills particularly when explaining complex technical products or processes to nontechnical audiences
  • You have an innate ability to understand business use cases and requirements and build out technical solutions
  • You are techsavvy, with a passion and aptitude for understanding technical products and systems.
  • You are analytical and enjoy digging into data with your tool of choice e.g. Tableau, Excel, Google sheets
  • Experience with Python, SQL, databases, web technologies and API's will be a distinct advantage
  • Fluent in English; German or another European language is an advantage
