Berlin. The Process Excellence Team provides effective and highly efficient end-to-end processes, drives optimization, increases efficiency of services to achieve harmonization and standardization. We partner with senior leaders and an array of internal partners, focused on delivering positive business results and establishing business processes to improve reliability, increase simplicity, and enable growth.

Your tasks:


  • You drive the identification of improvement potentials and the derivation of automation measures and actively shape the change management in the organization for this purpose.
  • You assess automation opportunities (due diligence) and manage a diversified portfolio of automation projects to deliver optimal solutions.
  • You translate stakeholders' requirements into designs, following the enterprise architecture guidelines, and work through project lifecycle stages to develop, qualify and deliver sound final products.
  • You develop user cases together with the process owner and process excellence manager and continuously expand the use of business process automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and comparable possibilities (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate, VBA macros, scripting, screen scraping).
  • You contribute to improve and act as an ambassador of methodologies and processes necessary to ensure proper capturing of user cases and delivery of solutions from conception to service transition and daily support.
  • You monitor and manage the automation landscape to ensure adequate capacity and stability for daily operations and portfolio management.

Your profile:


  • Several years of project experience in the field of business process automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and comparable possibilities (e.g. VBA macros, scripting, screen scraping).
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning is an advantage.
  • You have sound knowledge of project management techniques, including agile working methods.
  • You have indepth knowledge and track record of continuous improvement using common methods and tools. Related certifications, e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management or Change Management, are adventageous.
  • You fit in culturally with our highly motivated and international team.

You speak fluent English. German is a big plus.
