Your Repsonsibilites

Perform laboratory experiments in the target or biomarker validation pipeline

Cultivation of cell lines and 2D patient derived cellular models (PDCMs)
Perform permanent or transient modifications of gene expression (siRNA, shRNA, CRISPR/Cas)
Perform readout assays for cell viability, motility etc.
Perform standard techniques such as qRTPCR, Western Blot, cloning, microscopy
Assistance in establishing new workflows and techniques

Our Requirements

Completed education as biological technical assistant (BTA), bachelor in biology or similar
3 years experience in cell culture, ideally in the context of (cancer) target validation
Strong background in cell culture of cell lines as well as patient derived models or primary cells
Strong background in siRNA or shRNAbased modification of gene expression
Experience with 3D cell models is a plus
Good written and spoken English skills
Interested in establishing new techniques and setting up standardized workflows
Interested in working in an international team with internal
