What part will you play?

This role provides you a deep inside into the E2E processes based on Siemens/Digital Industries ecosystem, focus is to codesign future state, provide harmonization roadmap and scale architecture in our factories to increase digital competitiveness and connectivity to supply chain relevant interfaces.
You will align strategic goals and enterprisewide objectives with the existing capability of the E2E processes in our factories and manage essential transformations to continually increase process maturity in alignment with strategic goals.
You provide direction on operationalizing the organization's business strategy including the architectural systems, processes and data/ algorithms required and create a roadmap of organizational redesign and change out of that.
You identify improvement potentials, measure business impact and drive improvement actions towards roadmap realization.
You create the sense of urgency for necessary organizational redesign and changes by analyzing data models and deriving gaps out of that.
You communicate process and technology changes and the connected business improvements within the organization.
Your role requires intensive collaboration with various departments, such as logistic, production, IT and controlling.
You as the SCM Business Architect reports directly toand will find open doors for new ideas for solutions and great ideas.

What you need to make real what matters.

You have successfully completed your bachelor ́s or master's degree in business informatics/ industrial engineering/ mathematics with focus on SCM processes.
You have several years of work experience in strategical SCM/ Operations processes with main focus on calculating optimal SCM processes according to the value stream theory.
Knowledge of used software and systems in supply chain management, such as SAP, data visualization tools (BI tools, e.g. Qlik, Celonis, SAP Analytics Cloud),
You can easily think in holistic systems and create connections/ interdependencies in E2E processes.
In your previous roles you have managed interdisciplinary projects where you were responsible for People from different areas
As a person you like to work as a team with international colleagues, are result driven and strong in your communication with others.
You are fluent in English and German, for our international business you are willing to travel.
