    Position at WebMD Project Manager Special Projects (m/w/d) DEINE CHALLENGE Als Project Manager Special Projects (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Umsetzung wichtiger Unternehmensinitiativen bei coliquio . Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden aus dem Gesundheitswesen bei Pilot- und Innovationsprojekten und leitest interne und externe Teams.Dabei entscheidest du, wo du arbeitest: Deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice , an einem unserer Standorte in Konstanz bzw. München oder eine hybride Mischung . DAS ERWARTET DICH
  • Leitung und Förderung von Projekten mit verschiedenen Inhalten und Methoden
  • Organisation und Unterstützung abteilungsübergreifender Teams
  • Effizientes Zeitmanagement und klare Steuerung durch transparenten Zeitplan
  • Festlegung von Zielen und kontinuierliche Überwachung des Projektfortschritts
  • Sensibles Timing und einfühlsame Führung des Teams
  • Sichere Moderation von Meetings und regelmäßigem Austausch
  • Erarbeitung und Reflexion von nächsten Schritten im Team
  • Berücksichtigung verschiedener Perspektiven durch hohe Schnittstellenkompetenz
