Your activities include:


  • Investigation and handling of customer complaints
  • Collaborate in reporting incidents to relevant authorities and record safety corrective actions (FSCA).
  • Analysis of qualityrelevant data for the purpose of market monitoring incl. potential trend development
  • Preparation of the monthly complaints routine
  • Evaluation of nonconforming products in the context of quality assurance

What you bring:


  • Completed medical, scientific or technical studies or comparable training
  • Professional experience in quality management of a medical device company with class Is/m
  • IIa/b products desirable
  • Ideally, expertise regarding countryspecific vigilance requirements (MDR, MDSAP).
  • Knowledge of quality requirements (DIN EN ISO 13485, MDSAP, 21 CFR 820 etc.)
  • Business fluent English for international communication
  • Proficient in the use of data collection systems
  • Quality awareness and solution orientation
  • Strong commitment, initiative and sense of duty
  • Analytical and systematic way of working
