Das Aufgabenspektrum dieser Position umfasst:

• Software-Wartung (Aufnahme, Reproduzierung und Lösung von technischen Problemen)
• Technischer Support für Bestandskunden durch schriftliche, selten telefonische Bearbeitung der Anfragen
• Durchführung von Serviceaufträgen zur Anpassung von Systemen und Schnittstellen
• Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen und Dokumentationen
• Durchführung von Analysen, Programmierungen und Tests von Bug-Fixes
• Interner IT-Support
• Projektmanagement

Dein Profil:

• Allgemeine oder fachgebundene Hochschulreife
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Windows & Office
• Hohe Internet

- und Technikaffinität

• Logischanalytisches Denken
• Eigenständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit

Nice-to-have:

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS SQL
• Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in Webanwendungen
• Erfahrungen im E-Commerce und/oder Customer Support
