About the job

Your responsibilities

  • You manage 3rd party organization and internal stakeholders partnerships in order to provide an optimal Roadside Assistance and Mobility offering
  • You work with SMEs to develop and implement Roadside Assistance and Mobility processes across our network
  • You are an ambassador for the digitalization of Roadside Assistance and Mobility offers
  • You develop tools and methods to handle customer requests/complaints
  • You identify marketing opportunities/actions on all things 'Roadside Assistance and Mobility Package'
  • You take responsibility for smooth procedures and processes, training, continuous improvement and developing KPI's and reporting
  • You evaluate customer feedback and contribute to improve the overall customer experience
  • You are proactive and responsive in the resolution of dealer network and service provider concerns and issues

What you bring along

  • You have 3+ years operations experience in the areas of 'Market Management' or 'Customer Assistance Centers' or similar
  • You bring experience in Customer Services Processes i.e. Complaints, Inquiry Handling, Service Contracts, Roadside assistance
  • You have a broad knowledge of Workshop Processes and Systems
  • You bring proven abilities to build, develop and manage a supplier network
  • You have automotive industry experience, preferably with electrical vehicles
  • You have excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills
