Your tasks:


  • We are seeking an experienced Workforce Administration Expert to join our Global People Excellence unit at DB Schenker. As a key member of our team, you will lead all activities related to setting up, coordinating, and implementing processes as part of a global HCM implementation.***
    Your tasks:**
  • You ensure the smooth implementation of processes that span an employee's entire lifecycle
  • Therefore, you coordinate with our People & Organization IT department to ensure data flows accurately and maintain data integrity in managing HR systems
  • You are responsible for continuously reviewing processes within the project in close alignment with local and global counterparts
  • You work closely with the Governance & Services department to design and set up a sustainable service model to manage processes postsystem implementation
  • Part of your responsibilities are to identify and define process improvement areas and partner with the respective product owners to design, document, and implement such process improvements/changes
  • You liaise proactively between different departments to ensure the setup and development priorities are well aligned, and interdependencies are addressed
  • You promote a performancebased culture and collaboration of trust and individual accountability by empowering individuals in the team to take ownership of developing the processes under their responsibility

Requirements:


Your Profile:


  • You have 8+ years of operational and strategic experience in People & Organization (HR)
  • You have proven experience in leading projects and teams, in a global environment
  • You have an excellent understanding of HCM (ideally SAP Success Factors) and a solid understanding of financial operations and the linkage of people processes to enterprise value creation
  • You possess outstanding strategic and analytical skills with a strong resilience and ability to flexibly adjust to new circumstances
  • You are an effective networker with excellent collaboration skills, able to establish good relationships with relevant partners, thought leaders, and organizations
  • Ideally, you have an agile certification and advanced English (and German) skills
