We are currently looking for a Commercial Excellence and Data Reporting Specialist for our Pharma, Health & Durables Division. In this newly created position you will be responsible for the independent implementation, monitoring and interpretation of complex data analyses

Your Responsibilities:

Collecting data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems, spreadsheets and other data analysis tools

Interpreting and analyzing data using statistical techniques, as well as creating recurring and one-off reports in German and English for sales and/or management

(Further) development, troubleshooting and implementation of databases, data acquisition systems, data analysis and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Identify and implement potential process improvements

Developing strategies and initiatives/concepts to improve productivity and sales efficiency in cooperation with the Director of Commercial Excellence

Use of evaluation metrics such as scoring models or business cases

Train others to create and analyze reports

Your Profile:

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant business/industry experience, preferably gained as an internal or external consultant

Knowledge of sales processes and systems

Understanding of complex business relationships

Experience in the plastics/foil industry would be an advantage

Advanced user knowledge of MS Office, BI/reporting systems (e.g. Power BI or Qlik) and sales-supporting CRM systems such as Sales Force. Knowledge of SAP/Business Warehouse and pricing tools would be an advantage

Experience in handling digital tools, understanding of system interfaces and automation options

Robust analytical skills in collecting and evaluating large amounts of data

Accustomed to creating and editing analyzes and statistics, and presenting the results to internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication skills. Fluent in business English, additional language skills an advantage

Proactive, strong personality and able to work under pressure

Time-efficient, systematic working methods
