Your Responsibilities:

Analysis of business cases, use cases and user requirements
Creation of highlevel concepts and solutions for our digital products
Creation of visualizations to facilitate discussions and alignments with stakeholders
Definition of user task flows, interaction patterns and interface specifications
Translation of highlevel concepts into specific user friendly interfaces
Maintain user centric approach and focus on usability in all tasks
Plan, conduct and evaluate user tests, present the findings and derive recommendations
Support stakeholder management and communication; closely collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts and support collaboration Global Sea Logistics Management, Global Trade Teams, Processes+Systems Teams and IT teams and colleagues

Your Skills and Experiences:

Master ́s degree (or equivalent) in Information Science/Media or Information Design or relevant fields
Profound experience in agile IT environments, experience with (sea) logistics is a plus
Solid skills in UI/UX Design and Prototyping with relevant Tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
Experience in User Research, Data Analysis, Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping, etc. is a plus
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Experience in international and complex organizations is a plus, openmindedness and intercultural sensitivity a must
Structured and organized way of working, ability to communicate in a clear, concise and structured manner
Selfdisciplined and motivated, with the ability to motivate and inspire others and get buyin from various stakeholders
