Role Description:

We are seeking individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in Digital Marketing and Client Relationships. This is a part-time remote role for a Client Support Specialist.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in client communications and support.


Location:
Dresden, Germany / Remote


Key Requirements:


  • Goal oriented and dynamic individuals with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
  • Parttime position (to start) with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Experience running Google Ads campaigns is a plus but not necessary.
  • Initial focus will be on outreach within Germany.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply, as this role provides an excellent entry point into the digital marketing field.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing client relationships and providing support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and German, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement outreach strategies within Germany.
  • Run Google Ads campaigns and analyse their performance to optimise results
