Are you excited about building a strong network of digital agencies for Mollie? This means meeting new people, visiting events and becoming a real e-commerce consultant on their payment strategy.

Then you are our new Agency Management working student

• Work closely with our agency partners and be their main point of contact at Mollie.
• Manage your own portfolio of agencies and drive growth through referrals that lead to new business wins
• Acquire new agencies and negotiate commercial partnerships with corresponding joint GTM plans
• Position Mollie as the most loved PSP and consult our agency partners to be excited and knowledgeable about us
• Work closely with our DACH sales team to ensure a great experience for our partners and merchants
• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Program
• You are available for 20 hours a week
• You are a selfstarter and have a business mindset
• Your passion for building a strong engaged network, and attending events
• You're able to explain difficult issues in a simple manner
• Build rapport quickly, both internally and externally
• Open mindset to new approaches
• Positive mindset and an eagerness to learn continuously
• Ability to fix problems in a pragmatic approach
• Fluent in German and English

Our partnerships are essential in helping our merchant base grow. From the start, our technical partners have favored Mollie integrations.

Still, now we also want to enhance our relationship with digital agencies to turn them into the next new Mollie ambassadors.

Therefore we're looking for a Working Student - Partner Management who is excited to dive into the German market, with us.

You are able to build and expand our current agency network by investing in these relationships and identifying new opportunities.

You have a commercial mindset and with your enthusiasm, perseverance, and negotiation skills, you know how to convert leads and opportunities into success.

You are an enthusiastic networker who adapts easily, and who is a good and worthy interlocutor for potential clients. Achieving targets gives you extra motivation and keeps you going.
