- Die Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung aller Aspekte der Gesundheits- und Arbeitssicherheitspolitik und die Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung des nach ISO 45001 zertifizieren H&S-Managementsystems von Swisslog liegt in Deinem Fokus
- Du überwachst, evaluierst und überprüfst bestehende, neue und zukünftige Gesundheits- und Arbeitssicherheitsgesetze und stellst sicher, dass Swisslog über Systeme und Verfahren verfügt, um die gesetzlichen Anforderungen zu erfüllen.
- Du berätst die Geschäftsleitung und Führungskader hinsichtlich aller Themen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Schaffung und Aufrechterhaltung einer Sicherheitskultur und eines Klimas, in dem die Arbeitssicherheit einen hohen Stellenwert hat und in dem Pflichten, Verantwortlichkeiten und Sicherheitsziele innerhalb des Unternehmens klar definiert sind.
- Du arbeitest proaktiv mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen, um ein Entwicklungsprogramm zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz aufzustellen und aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Die Sicherstellung eines gründlichen Unfallmanagementsystems, Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Sicherstellung geeigneter Kontrollmaßnahmen sind zentraler Bestandteil Deiner Rolle
- Die Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von internen Arbeitssicherheitsaudits, Baustellenaudits und Begehungen sowie Unterstützung bei externen Audits liegt in deiner Verantwortung
- Die Pflege der Dokumentation über Unfälle und Beinahe Unfälle, sowie die Erstellung von Berichten für den Ausschuss für Gesundheit und Sicherheit und die Geschäftsleitung sind Teil Deiner Aufgaben
- Ebenso stellst Du sicher, dass die Schulungsunterlagen zu HSE Themen erneuert und gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen aufbewahrt werden
- Du nimmst an monatlichen Standortbesprechungen mit den Leitern der einzelnen Bereiche teil, um Themen des Arbeitsschutzes zu erörtern
- Du weist die erforderliche Qualifikation als "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit" nach DGUV vor, wünschenswert ist ein Diplom als "Sicherheitsingenieur"
