We are looking for a Trainee Operations (M/F/T) with a focus on process optimisation and digitalisation.

Responsibilities:

Optimization of business and production processes taking into account lean manufacturing along the entire value chain
Support and implementation of interesting digitalization projects for the further development of the Smart Factory
Systematic analysis of data to uncover potential for improvement
Determination of manufacturing costs for end products and individual parts to support the quotation process
Support of research and development projects in interdisciplinary teams
Assignment abroad at one of our international locations
Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, lean training, project management, etc.)
Continuous support from a personal mentor

Requirements:

Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or comparable
Interest and enthusiasm for the topics of digitalization and technology
Programming skills (VBA or similar) desirable
Handson mentality and personal responsibility when working on and implementing projects
Very high level of selfdiscipline as well as organization
Very good knowledge of English
Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a high degree of social competence
