About Tec4med

Tec4med develops the next generation of tech, cloud and IoT solutions for the (pharmaceutical) logistics industry and helps to transport sensitive goods such as medicines, organs or vaccines safely around the world.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Production Worker (M/F/d) in Operations to join our team in Darmstadt.


Your area of responsibility:

• Production support: assembly, calibration, maintenance and repair.
• Purchasing support: ERP support, supplier management, incoming goods inspection.
• Quality management: Optimization of processes and technical systems
• Innovations and further developments: Exchange ideas with our product development team, contribute with your own suggestions for improvement.

Your requirements profile:

• You are enthusiastic about technology and ideally have trained as a mechatronics engineer or have a degree from a university of applied sciences. If not, practical work experience is a plus
• We work on the basis of your motivation and look forward to meeting you With us, you will learn everything you need.
• You are enthusiastic about cloud, IoT and tech and want to familiarize yourself with modern technologies and digitalization.
• You are fluent in English. Our team will help you to learn German.
• You are openminded and curious.
• First startup experience is a bonus.
