We're looking for you to join the Customer Experience & Business Trials Team as soon as possible

What you'll do

Your task is to support the execution of customer experience projects and product tests (socalled business trials)
You'll gain valuable insights into how we at Sky continuously optimize our customer journeys and products for the benefit of the customer
You'll help us with recruitment, briefing, execution and followup of our business trials
You enjoy designing process and product optimizations and want to learn how to implement them efficiently and sustainably in an agile development process
You support the support and optimization of our trials community and conduct satisfaction surveys
You act as an interface between the market research department and the teams in the agile product development process

What you'll bring

You're enrolled in a degree program in economics, media management, business informatics or a comparable degree program

- (ideally Bachelor from the 3rd semester)

You describe your way of working as structured and independent, furthermore you possess a very

- customer-oriented way of thinking

You've a certain technical affinity and like to work crossfunctionally with different business and IT teams
You've good MS-Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel
Good English skills complete your profile
