You will work in a diverse and mixed-skilled team focusing on achieving our vision and target initiatives. You are generally confident working along all product stages from discovery to delivery and launch.

Tasks

Gather, define, and manage product requirements based on business value and customer impact together with stakeholders like Customer Success, Legal, UX, Sec Ops, craft and process concepts for new features and improvements. Break them down to valuable increments.
Prioritize features and create and maintain the backlog in close coordination with the stakeholders and your team.
Coordinate the delivery of new features with the relevant stakeholders, especially our inhouse engineering and Customer Success teams.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to shape product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs.
Coordinate the delivery of new features with the relevant stakeholders, especially our inhouse engineering teams.
Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to gain insight into industry trends and user needs together with Business Development and our UX department.
Prioritize features and defining product requirements based on business value and customer impact.
Ensure product development aligns with company goals and customer needs by regularly reviewing and adjusting the product backlog.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive advantage.

Profile

Proven track record in product management, ideally as product owner in software business, ideally with a focus on product value
Structured and analytical thinking, conceptual skills to shape holistic features (valuable, maintainable, extendable)
Indepth knowledge of agile process and principles
Sound understanding of domain driven design, architecture patterns, cloud services and APIs
Passion for crafting effective customer experiences with a usercentred design approach
Strong experience in at least one product management framework and extensive knowledge in user research methods
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Ability to break complex projects into simpler, manageable tasks and deliver value
Creative problemsolver and team player
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English
