Job Description Summary


To support our AP/AR department in our Shared Service Centre in Cologne, we are looking for an AP/AR Accountant to start as soon as possible, initially for 6 months.


Job Description:


  • Posting of bank statements
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Managing overdue debtors
  • Clearing AR/AP accounts
  • Working on incoming statement and reminders
  • Provide data for auditors
  • Posting and routing of invoices
Additional Job Description- Completed commercial training, as well as professional experience in the accounts payable/receivable department- Advanced MS-Office skills and good knowledge of Excel- Knowledge of ERP systems- Fluent in English and German, both written and oral- Strong mathematical skills- Reliability, sense of responsibility and communication skills- Structured, careful and independent way of working- Ability to work in a team- Commitment, high motivation and resilience
