Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d) - Private Aviation Catering

What will i be doing?

The private aviation catering at the Hilton Munich Airport is a special feature: we are the only airport hotel in Europe to offer this service.

Everything revolves around the perfect service for our high-end customers: culinary specialties, short-notice laundry service, individual requests, and much more - we make it possible.

You will carry out the following tasks together with a dynamic team:

Prepare and serve quality food according to company guidelines
Cleaning and organization of all work areas
Preparation of the mise en place for the corresponding meals
Assistance in the timely, efficient and successful handling of guest inquiries
Control of food quality and correct storage
Consider departmental goals and take active steps to achieve them

What are we looking for?

A Commis de Cuisine serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

A current, valid, and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification (proof may be required)
Previous experience as a Commis de Cuisine or Chef Apprentice
A working understanding of food safety principles
Ability to work with a Team
A passion to learn and a drive to succeed
