Responsibilities:
You know (finance) processes in our existing and future (to implement) ERP / IT landscape and you ensure the optimum implementation of those processes in the finance IT landscape
You set the basics for automation and digitalization of our (finance) processes
You have sound knowledge of tools in place and steadily improve and enhance their usage; ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth
You enable and train relevant process owners and business leaders regarding improvement of efficiency, quality, speed and transparency by bringing reports / processes into IT tools
You drive efficiency and transparency by implementing up to date intelligent automation techniques and solutions
You continuously cooperate with process expert of functions to improve process efficiency and quality and ensure the successful execution of process design across the (finance) function and IT tools
You are an essential contributor for different master data policies and guarantee the execution in the system landscape
You actively participate in (financial) project management
You monitor and control financial processes and their execution and documentation and execute various tools and processes for analysis, reporting & risk control

Application Requirements:

Ideally you gained experience in an international environment with mature finance processes e.g. you have experienced in a organization with CoEs for FP&A or advanced analytics
Advanced technical skills in Excel, BI tools (Qlik Sense, IBM Planning Analytics preferred) and PowerPoint
Working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses
Strong analytical skills, good ability to identify trends through data,
Flexibility and ability to multitask and to balance speed and accuracy
Advance language skills in English and German
Intercultural understanding
