Executive Assistant with Marketing Background (M/F/d)

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute in a pivotal role at an exciting stage of our growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

Assistant to the CEOs:

Provide comprehensive support to the CEOs, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, documents, and marketing materials for client visits and meetings
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
Organize and maintain the office filing system in our new Teams environment
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

Marketing and Communication/Branding:

Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and longterm business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

Digital Social Media and Multimedia Production:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts
Manage and oversee social media content of Holding/CEOs and Directors, including planning, creation, and editing of written content, videos, podcasts, and other media

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US:

Required Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role within business development, marketing, digital social media, and multimedia production
Strong interest in development cooperation
Proficient with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong decisionmaking, organizational, planning, and problemsolving skills
Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in office management
