To strengthen our team and development we are looking for an
Apprenticeship or Internship in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.


ACTIVITIES

  • General accounting: data entries for customers, suppliers, and general ledger accounts
  • Monitor account receivable and payable: processing invoices and receipts, checking and recording payments, dunnings, etc.
  • Bookkeeping including preparing, processing, and recording bank transactions, processing purchase, sales, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Payment of expense reports
  • Oversight of bank records and other duties
  • Process transactions into the system accurately and to the agreed timetables
  • Quarterly closings
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Report to Manager in France (Group Headquarters)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education level: Bachelor
  • Accounting experience with debit and credit knowledge
  • Software proficiency, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Pack Office knowledge: Word, Excel
  • German and English languages are mandatory to work in an international environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Timemanagement skills, ability to concurrently manage different tasks to ensure that work gets done and that the organization meets its goals
  • Ability to bridge cultural differences between different geographical/cultural entities of the company
  • Good communication skills (clear, respectful, readable, efficient)
