YOUR TASKS

Invoicing customers, taking into account contract terms and conditions, as well as compliance with balance sheet and tax guidelines
Together with the accounting team carry out the calculation of the revenue share of the shareholders in accordance with the contractual provisions between the parent companies
Monthly preparation of revenue and cash reports as well as their presentation to the Service and Support Team
Preparation of monthly reports and analyses for the management
Carrying out ad hoc analyses at the request of EPI shareholders or EPI management
Carrying out budget planning and forecast for Service and Support activities
Calculation and evaluation of business cases
Assistance with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the
German Commercial Code (HGB) and provision of data for the preparation of tax reports.
Assuming responsibilities in the frame of working group meetings with shareholder's finance experts

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or completed business studies with focus on controlling
13 years of professional experience in the abovementioned area of responsibility
Very good English skills written and spoken
Good Spanish or German skills written and spoken would be an advantage
Very good SAP/R3 FI/CO knowledge
Very good MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
High affinity to numbers
Fast and good grasp of complex topics and tasks
High level of resilience and flexibility
Ability to work in an international team, professional appearance and strong communication skills
Willingness to travel to Spain to the subsidiary if required
