Cargo Sales Team in
Frankfurt as a
Cargo Sales Executive

The role includes:

Generating maximum cargo sales in order to meet or exceed annual set revenue targets for stations by visiting cargo agents, telesales and promotional activities.
Assisting customers and clients with all information related to booking, forwarding, delivering, liaising with local Ground Handling Agents and with Head Office Cargo department to ensure and enhance service provided by QR.
Distributing QR promotional items, circulars, memos and announcements to agents and freight forwarders to provide information on QR products & services.
Maintaining a close coordination between QR Space Control and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time, correct priority given to shipments and for maximum utilization of space on the aircraft.
Preparing Monthly Marketing Reports for sales achieved at stations and handover to responsible person.
Coordinate with relevant parties at Head Office and forward all necessary claim documents, handle discrepancies at station and in all administrative issues related to stations.

Qualifications:

About you

Minimum of a High School Qualification with minimum 5 years of jobrelated experience
Working knowledge of IATA/TACT and Dangerous Goods Regulations, Cargo Marketing and Basic rating
Fluent in written and spoken in English
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Have the current legal right to live and work in Europe
