We digitize microscopy and laboratory workflows:

PreciPoint GmbH, soon located in Garching near Munich, develops intelligent microscope systems and innovative analysis software, thus contributing to the digitalisation and further development of laboratories.

Our customers range from medical laboratories and research institutions to industry.

To support our constantly growing team, we are looking for a Specialist in logistics at our future office in Garching as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Logistics planning as well as the preparation of transports
Management of logistics documentation
Management of customs clearance for nonEU deliveries (export and import), taking into account countryspecific customs regulations
Management and commissioning of forwarding agents
Preparation of delivery bills, proforma invoices
Contact person for customers and distributors
Warehouse management (in context with ERP systems), incoming and outgoing goods
Optimization of logistics processes and customs clearance preparations
Regulation of transport insurances

Your profile:

Completed training as logistics clerk or professional experience in the field of logistics
Knowledge of customs regulations for international Ex

- and Import (incl. e.g. Carnet A.T.A, Repair/Active refinement/Certificate or Origin)

Prior knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) is beneficial (e.g. Lexware, SAP)
Fluent communication skills in German and English
A structured, independent, conscientious, accurate and efficient way of working as well as a sense for cost efficiency
Confident negotiation skills as well as a willingness to optimize processes
