About Motor:

MOTOR Ai is a start-up from Berlin that is working on the future of autonomous driving. We are bringing the first ISO-compliant Level 4 autonomous cars certified in Germany to the roads. Since our founding in 2017, our goal has been to further develop our technology. We solve complex driving situations and adhere to autonomous driving certification standards. Our unique technology stack is a blend of various Artificial Intelligence techniques and conventional approaches.

Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Operating autonomous vehicles for testing and data collection, providing vital feedback to our engineering team
Maintaining familiarity with our technology to assist in vehicle troubleshooting
Providing realtime feedback and daily reports on autonomous vehicle performance and issues
Communicating effectively with the operations team
Following protocols for various driving scenarios and adhering to test and safety procedures to ensure the safety of our testing area or public roads.

What we're looking for:

A holder of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and excellent driving skills
Experienced or interested in technology, especially autonomous vehicles or robotics
Capable of understanding various technology systems and performing light technical troubleshooting
A highly responsible and safetyfocused individual
Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills to effectively report issues encountered during test drives
Flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends but not necessarily
