Your Mission:

• High content microscopy, high content screening, phenotypic detection
• Confocal microscopy, Immune fluorescence, immune histochemistry, Cell Painting

- iPSC, iPSC derived cellular models, 3-D organoids, 3-D spheroids

• High throughput screening, cellbased assay development

Location:
Regensburg, Germany (Flexible Work Arrangement)

This role has a high degree of built-in decision-making and accountability.

This role is a Full time position; initially limited to 24 months


Your Responsibilities:


Scientist Assay Technology M/F/d

• Management of clientfunded research projects, including planning, experimental execution, preparation of reports, technical documentation, and communications with key stakeholders.
• Support and lifecycle management for laboratory instrumentation, including process/protocol development, maintenance coordination, and user crosstraining.
• Technical documentation for assay protocols, lab procedures, and instrumentation.
• Independent interaction with clients, service providers, and scientific partners; participation in scientific discussions and conferences to keep current with field of expertise and emerging assay technologies and cellbiology laboratory techniques.

Your profile:

• The position requires a talented and motivated individual with a solid scientific background paired with project and process management skills and a strong affinity for laboratory technology:
• Ph.

D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related Life Science discipline with a proven track record in independent laboratory research.

• Handson experience with mammalian tissue culture, and a broad spectrum of biochemical and cellbiology laboratory techniques.
• Highcontent microscopy/ phenotypic detection, automated image analysis
• Excellent skills in Windowsbased computing, analysis of complex experimental data, and data management.

Good to have:

• Subject matter expert for at least one of the following target classes including related assay technologies: Transmembrane Transporters; Ion Channels
