We offer

• An exciting and
  responsible task as a team leader in one of our 11 camp locations in
  Germany or Austria.
• A
  monthly salary between € 2,800 and € 5,600

Free board and lodging in a single room in high-quality houses in the most beautiful holiday regions.

Reimbursement of travel expenses to and between the camps.

On and off-the-job training and related materials to prepare you for your job as camp leader.

• An
  individual job reference
  and the "camps for
  friends" team leader certificate at the end of the season.

Your tasks

• The
  implementation of all organizational processes, schedules, and guidelines in the camp, together with your international team.
• The
  pedagogically and educationally sensitive care of children and young people between the ages of 8 and 16, together with your team.

Professional communication with parents, house managers, bus companies and sports and leisure providers.

• The
  daily briefing and leadership of your team of young international supervisors.

Our expectations

• Ongoing studies, training, or relevant professional experience
  in the fields of languages, education, pedagogy, psychology, communication science, sport, art, music etc.

Fluent German and English skills

A sense of responsibility, high empathy, and organizational skills

Fun, love, and humor in dealing with children & young people

Minimum Age: 20 y/o

• Ideally, place of residence in
  Bavaria or Austria

• After the interview, you will be informed within a week whether you will be accepted into the "camps for friends" team 2023. This gives you the optimal planning horizon for your year.
• If we have decided in favor of you, you will receive your contract with camps for friends immediately after receiving all required data and documents from you: a police certificate of good conduct, a first aid certificate, if necessary, a lifeguard certificate, if necessary, etc.).

Salary: 2,800.00€ - 5,600.00€ per month
