Job-integrated Master: Junior HR Specialist (M/F/d) Executive Reward & Performance, Allianz

TASKS

  • Active participation in all ongoing activies of the Reward and Performance area as well as engaging with local entities
  • Support in the process of further improving our HR IT platform through coordinating developments in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, testing and documentation
  • Analyze performance and compensation data and prepare reports on key process outcomes
  • Development of communication strategies and creation of global communication materials

PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Information Systems or any comparable
  • First practical experiences in Human Resources (preferable within the area of Reward & Performance) or IT (through internships or working student positions)
  • First experiences with SAP SuccessFactors or any other HCM Software is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • IT affinity and a keen interest in HR IT tools
  • Proactive, problemsolving and motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
