JOIN ONE OF OUR DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNERSHIP TEAMS:
During the period of your internship, you will support the team in the role of an Assistant Product Owner.

As such, you are assisting a Product Owner who is responsible for the quality and strategic impact of a medium or complex digital product.

Together with your agile team you work on continuously improving and evolving the assigned products to optimize the value for the consumer.

Collaborating with IT and markets to define a robust product backlog, managing capability expansion increments and contributing to new functionalities & best practice definitions are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role.

Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and other Digital areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues by delivering digital experiences.

As a Product Owner in the Content Technology team, you will work in a fully agile environment to drive one of the biggest programs within the digital organization.

Our core product is the Content Management System that will serve content across all our digital touchpoints at scale.

We have a diverse team that is located across four different countries and a variety of stakeholders around the globe.

With the number of teams involved in the program you have the great opportunity to join a team that gives a lot of insights into content management but also around processes and other tools that are connected to our platform.

YOUR TASKS:
Contribute to the optimization of the product's value for the consumer and the company (ROI).
Monitor product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates. Raise delivery issues ontime.
Support the specification of user stories where required
Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product, its features, etc.
Monitor, optimize and enhance the configuration, features and functionalities related to the product.
Use data sources and feedback loops to help the team to focus on the right enhancements.

YOUR PROFILE:

Student with a focus on Business Administration, IT, ecommerce, media informatics or similar
Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship
Or in the socalled gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
Basic understanding of IT products and capabilities
Basic Domain (content technologies or apps) knowledge is a plus
Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset
High resilience and solutionoriented attitude
Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel
Fluent in English both verbally and written
