As
Human Resources Intern (M/F/d) you will have the opportunity to discover the "Christian Dior Couture Retail World" in our Head Office, based in
Munich.

You are available for
at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week).

You will provide operational HR support to the Stores in our region and will gain a deep insight of our Network.

You will learn how to follow the HR Retail Activities & Employee Cycles with a high level of excellence - within a fast retail rhythm environment.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing administrative tasks for e.g., creating contracts, preparing onboarding documents and letter of references
Supporting the HR team in relation to the recruitment process with a focus on retail
Updating and filling HR documents accordingly in our HRIS and assisting in our monthly payroll preparations
Participating in various HR projects (e.g., planning events, researching, Employer Branding topics etc.)

Profile:

At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related field
Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
Ability to work independently, take ownership of the projects, and thinking Hands-On
Curiosity to learn, dive deep into new topics, and a strong team player mindset and good MS Office skills
Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
