Tasks- Identify, source and attract the right talents while building strong relationships with stakeholders from various departments
- Manage recruiting projects endtoend, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to negotiating and closing the job offer
- Contribute to our employer branding activities with your valuable ideas and become its ambassador both internally and externally
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience managing your own recruitment projects end to end in a fastpaced environment of a scaling organization
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and pools for multiple commercial/creative roles simultaneously
- Genuine interest in recruitment as a career path and constant drive to learn and improve oneself, as well as existing practices
- Curiosity, diligence and handson mentality paired with a wellstructured work style
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience in developing and executing employer branding related projects is a plus
- Experience in decentralized recruitment is a plus
