PEOPLEGRIP is looking for a talented person for a client n Berlin.

looking for a Sales Manager (M/F/d) who works for regional sales management and marketing and directly reports to the team leader in Frankfurt.

Duties and responsibilities will include a role to communicate mainly with Mando's Global sales management organization and manufacturing site in Poland by communication fluently in English and German with other functions in Frankfurt.


Work Scope:

As our new sales Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of our European OEM customer relationships and will cooperate closely with the team leader and the global Mando organizations to achieve the goals you set together
Consequently you will take ownership of maximising market, product, sales and profitability targets
You skillfully negotiate contract, parts price, tooling costs and track an report costing impact for existing projects as well as new business acquisitions
In addition, you conduct market observations, analyze competition activities and strategically respond to market conditions
Must have practical careers as sales persons to deal with RFQs and perform various commercial negotiations with the car manufacturers located in Europe
String followship to achieve KPI goals

Primary responsibility is to leade sales acquisition activities such as running RFQ, quotation and lead the bidding process in cooperation with the team leader, HQ organizations in Korea and other global sites.

Major OEMs are located in Europe and products are braking, steering and suspension. In case of having experiences with automotive chassis, it will be plus (otherwise trainings will be organized)
Administrative work such as reports and necessary documentations which are requested from the organizations


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or above) in business, economics, international sales/management, engineering or similar discipline
Mandatory of having experiance in sales and marketing in Automotive industry (OEM sales or sales management), or any other technical branch associated with it, over 5 years
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Preferred experiance as a part leader for related organization
Basic/good knowledge preffered to analyze market intelligence data, to manage OEM's supplier portals and merge database files in a timeline manner and draw conclusions
