We are looking to strengthen our team at our site in
Roding

Assistant to Managing Director - R&D (M/F/d):

Your tasks:

Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director in daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations within the R&D and Operations departments.
Assist in the coordination and preparation of meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and followup on action items.
Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal departments, as well as with external partners, to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.
Participate in project management activities, offering logístical and administrative support to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational processes and policies related to R&D and operations.
Engage in research activities to support decisionmaking processes and strategic planning.

Your profile:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within R&D or operations departments.
Basic understanding of technological and R&D processes, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
