We currently offer a position as
Human Resources Business Partner in our office in
Wetzlar which will be hybrid.***In alternative the person can be based at our location in Mannheim, but must take in consideration to travel once per week to Wetzlar.

HR Business Partner for our DACH
commercial and EMEA Service teams you will serve as an advisor and counsel to assigned functions to help your client group to achieve their business goals through effective HR strategy and provide guidance as needed for effective decision making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively assist, advise managers on all daytoday Human Resource topics, in accordance with employment law, local best practice, HR policies and DHR processes
Coach managers in your client group to have the best and diverse organization aligned with business strategy ensuring robust succession plans in place for key roles, strong development plan for key talents with right opportunities, monitoring of all KPIs of HR function (retention, Internal fill rate, diversity, engagement)
Working with the HR Coordinator and wider HR delivery team to implement contractual changes and updates, ensuring timely completion in line with payroll deadlines

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a behavioral science
Experience as an HR Generalist / HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner or HR project with appetite for business support (commercial & Service)
Experience supporting managers & employees or HR projects across countries
Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Fluent German and English, in written and in spoken
